Payment Information

Balance may be paid using Cash, Pesos, MasterCard, VISA or Discover Cards in either US Dollars or Pesos. We do not accept American Express. *Other methods of payment can be arranged if necessary by contacting us.

Payments with a credit card are accepted at the office between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:30 pm seven days a week. Credit card payments on Sunday can be prearranged with an email or phone call one day in advance.  Unfortunately taking credit card numbers over the telephone is not accepted in Mexico. 

We do have a US Dollar credit card machine so if your Credit Card is in US dollars no exchange fees are incurred, however, when paying in Cozumel with a credit card, some credit card banks are now charging fees for International use.
